"The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive. "

"Upon arrival I was instructed to go over 12th floor for a private check in as we were staying in a suite. Even with check in desk downstairs empty, we had to wait as there was only 1 front desk for the Premier area. After the check in process was done, the room was not ready as it was not clear by supervision (check in time after 4PM). The room had a couple of issues which I already addressed with the hotel (leaking water in the fridge tray), problems with the water drainage in the shower that...
