Wir waren für eine Woche zu viert als Familie (Kinder 8 und 9 Jahre) im Z1-Haus und waren sehr begeistert. Durch diverse Lebensmittelallergien und Unverträglichkeiten können wir nur mit eigener Verpflegung mit Küche Urlaub machen. \*Ausstattung\* Wir hatten Appartement 03 und alles war wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche war groß und es gab mehr Ausstattung, als wir normalerweise auffinden: Geschirrspülmaschine (es wurden 2 Tabs bei Ankunft hingelegt, wir haben noch weitere auf Anfrage bekommen), 4 Töpfe unterschiedlicher Größe, 1 Pfanne, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine (Filter waren vorhanden), Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, 1 kleines Schneidemesser und 2 große Messer, Grillbesteck, 1 Elektrogrill und 1 Barbecuegrill, Pfanne Pfannenwender etc. Der Fernseher hatte Anschluss zu Multimedia inkl. Netflix und Prime Video (man benötigt ein eigenes Abonnement),welches wir an einem Regentag abends genutzt haben. Es gibt bereits Spiele und Bücher und sogar ein paar Familienfilme (bei uns u.a. KeinOhrHase, Herr der Ringe) und Hörbücher. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Einzig, dass es keine Türverriegelung im Schlafzimmer gab, hat uns etwas gestört. Ansonsten alles top und sehr sauber! \*Lage\* Der kleine Sandstrand befindet sich etwa 4 Minuten Fußweg vom Appartement entfernt. Unser Appartement war direkt über dem sehr guten italienischen Restaurant, welches wir ebenfalls empfehlen können. Rechts (von Sichtweise zum See) befinden sich weitere Buchten zum Baden gehen, welche jedoch mit Kies sind, dafür gibt es mehr Bäume. Wir waren nur am Sandstrand baden, an den Buchten abends spazieren. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist und haben ein Taxi von Leipzig Hbf genommen (Kosten etwa 50€). Es geht jedoch auch mit Bus. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt neben dem Z1-Haus (Haltestelle Zwenkau Hafen). Wir haben nur 2 Restaurants in der Nähe entdeckt, "Noah's" direkt gegenüber vom Z1-Haus und der Italiener im Z1-Haus. \*In der Nähe / Ausflugsziele\* Wir waren mit den Kindern in Leipziger Zoo (ca. 1 Std. mit ÖPNV). Belantis ist ebenfalls 1 Std. mit Bus entfernt (Linie 105), mit Auto nur 15 Minuten etwa. Mehrfach täglich ab 11Uhr aller 1,5 Std. fährt die Santa Babara (ein Schiff) über den Zwenkauer See. Die Fahrt war sehr schön! Man kann auch Boote, StandupBattel etc. ausleihen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Durch die tolle Anbindung und Lage, den sehr netten Empfang, können wir das Z1-Haus sehr empfehlen! ##### Jacqueline L. Die Betten sind zu schmal und die Kopfkissen waren verschwitzt. Sehr unangenehm. Man hört in der Nacht seht laut die Autobahn + A2 und genau unter der Fewo sind Restaurants, welche bis spät in die Nacht zum teil lautstarke Gäste bewirten. Wer etwas ruhiges sucht, sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Aber der Blick über Hafen und See ist grandios. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist in 20-30 min in Leipzig, kann von Markleeberg aus auch die Straßenbahn nutzen, was sehr einfach ist. Spielplatz bei den Ferienwohnungen ist modern, gepflegt und anspruchsvoll auch für ältere Kinder. Der angelegte Strand ist nicht unser Ding gewesen. Der Sand ist sehr lehmig, was alle Sachen sehr fleckig gemacht hat. Unsere Enkelkinder sind lieber in das Waldbad gegangen, welches Zwenkau zu bieten hat. das ist nicht das Neueste aber sehr sauber, gepflegt und nicht so überlaufen. Die Ferienwohnung war für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder groß genug. Da es auf dem Balkon zu windig war, haben wir einmal im Schlafzimmer ohne etwas umräumen zu müssen gefrühstückt - so groß war das Zimmer. Die Sonnenuntergänge und das Klingen der Seile der Segelboote sind unsere schönste Erinnerung. Da es nur Jalusien gibt, kann man die Zimmer nicht völlig verdunkeln. ##### Johannes S.
