Not Recommending it
The rooms are not cleaned properly, I found a pizza box and a big bottle of Coca cola. It was mentioned the room are air conditioned but the room temp couldn’t get below 24 degrees while the weather outside was 35 degrees While checking in the hotel porter was asking us to push the luggage trolley which I don’t mind but this is not the service of 5 stars hotel.

Overall very good experience. Nice property, good room size. Liked the "need your room card in the elevator" for security. Great location right off the #4 Tram. I few extra minutes to get to the Bahnhof and Altstadt but well worth it.

Hotel is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area yet close to it by bus ride (bus train) 10 min. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Would stay here again if I ever visit Zurich again. P. S. Special thanks to the Asian lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) in charge of morning breakfast. She is nice and has great attitude towards hotel guests.

Excellent staff and concierge services. Clean. Excellent food in the restaurant. Pleasant restaurant staff. Everyone including Pierre and Joel in concierge were outstanding!

Just near trum line, so convenient. My money was theft from bag n it was just before check out while we went for breakfast. So it was terrible.

Unfortunately you did not check if your money was still in the suitcase before you left the hotel, but only after your train ride to Berlin. We therefore recommend, to contact the Deutsche Bahn.
