It is in a pleasant neighbourhood which felt safe. The apartment was clean and the cooking facilities a great way to stay in this very expensive city in a more economical manner. The only criticism was that it lacks air con and whilst it had a ceiling fan it was largely ineffective. Consequently on the hot days that we stayed we had to have to windows open all night which meant little sleep because of the noise of trams, other traffic and people outside. For this we deduct two points. The apartment we had was clean but is right by the street and even though not really noisy, still not very well isolated soundwise, so you can hear the traffic (Tram & cars). It is not a serious issue but when you travel for work, it matters. Overall, the stay was fine. Die Kapseln des Kaffeeautomaten (2 mal Kaffee, 1 mal Tee) sind nur am ersten Tag mit dabei.
