Should not be listed in Expedia or other booking site. Paid via Expedia for guests but later received message saying need to pay at hotel with credit card. If my guests did not had card with them it would be an disaster. Also tone of the message are not quite welcoming. Rooms are tiny but you get what you pay.

The property was in a new condition, but there was a constant sewage smell coming out of the bathroom drains, which made the whole apartment smell like a bad toilet, so we had to have the balcony door open all night. There was also other people hairs still in the bed. The pillows were completely flat and useless. Overall I will never stay at an easy hotel again.

The building is not built for a hotel. It’s more of an office building and not suitable for guest stay. You hear everyone’s noise walk or talking with any level in the building. You won’t have privacy. The bathrooms are too small and looks like it was installed in. The builder didn’t seem to be suitable for hotel space. It‘s too far from the center. It’s impossible to walk to the center and will need to use transport to go anywhere. If it’s your first time in Zürich I wouldn’t recommend this stay it will ruin the experience.

Well we didn’t have any towels for half our stay. Not even one face towel. There’s no one there to help you and when you try to call the number to get help, they only answer at certain times. Then you must try to get an answer through email. One night our lights in our room WOULD NOT TURN OFF. Never had that problem before. It was late and we were tired and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us and when someone finally called, they were rude and unhelpful. We had to find the breaker and switch our room off to make the lights go out to get some sleep but then of course nothing else worked so we couldn’t charge our phones or anything. The room had NO cool air and was extremely hot all the time. We spent a lot of money to stay there so DONT DO IT. You can find much better for how much they charge.

Our “No Frills” and “Minimalist” concept offers a small, yet comfortable room, in a great location, and at an attractive price. This hotel does not provide any AC and this is clearly visible online. We offered you a room change which you denied. Unfortunately we couldnt help any further during sunday night. Again, we are sorry that we were clearly not the right fit. Cheap and cheerful stay at this hotel. Anyone who reviews saying it’s a long way from the centre of Zurich should research that before they book! There’s a tram stop about 1 minute walk from the hotel and the trams are very frequent- takes about 5 mins to get to the main station Zurich HBF. The room is very basic, I think some more hanging space and cupboards could be a good idea, but it was fine for the purpose of our stay. My main criticism is how difficult it is (in our case impossible) to find any staff! We had a problem with the bag locker. There was no number to call and we knocked on the door where it said staff only, but there was no response. I appreciate this hotel puts the onus on the guest to check in, check out etc. but a number should be displayed in case of an emergency!

Bonjour! Mon nom est Simon Tanguay et j’ai logé à easyHotel Zürich Limmatplatz la nuit du 5 au 6 juillet 2023. Mon numéro d’itinéraire est le 72590806249672. Je tiens à vous partager ma déception face à mon séjour chez easyHotel. Je suis venu passer une seule nuit à Zürich afin de voir un spectacle avec ma copine. Malheureusement, notre nuit a été très courte. Dès 5h du matin, nous nous faisions réveiller par des bruits très forts et intenses. Ces bruits étaient causés par de la construction qui se passait juste à côté de l’hotel. Puisqu’il faisait très chaud et qu’il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé dans la chambre, nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte. Nous avons dû la fermer à 5h du matin afin de pouvoir dormir un peu plus longtemps mais les bruits étaient tout de même présents. Nous n’avons donc pas pu se rendormir. Nous aurions aimé être averti des bruits à l’avance, sans quoi nous ne serions pas allé à cette hôtel. Je suis très déçu de mon séjour dans cet établissement et j’aimerais obtenir un dédommagement en conséquence. Merci de votre compréhension et au plaisir d’avoir de vos nouvelles rapidement. Easy and simple
An Easy Hotel is easy to get in, and simple to use. Don’t expect a lot of comfort but you get a bed, a private bathroom and some rest.

En la habitación falta cosas mínimas y básicas como donde apoyar la maleta, percha para colgar la toalla, absolutamente incomodo para poner las cosas. No hay donde apoyar nada salvo el teléfono para cargar. Todo ello hace que la estadía sea sumamente incómoda. No es muy costoso poner dichos implementos,,, es lo mínimo

El hotel no hacen limpieza, te dejan medio rollo de papel sin ningún extra, esperamos al día siguiente para la limpieza pero nunca se realizó, el colchón pequeño la mitad de el salía de la parte base de la cama que es más pequeño, no pudimos dormir más el calor que hacía ya que el hotel no cuenta con A/A lo cual no te lo mencionan hasta después de hacer la reserva me letras chiquitas
