The space
As you arrive in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town, you can park your car in the private garage—a rare luxury in this historic centre.

The moment you enter the apartment, you’re welcomed into an elegant entry hall. To the left, the space opens into a grand living and dining area: a huge dining table perfect for gatherings, a cosy fireplace, and a designer Roche Bobois seating area facing a massive 75-inch TV. Equipped with air conditioning, the space remains perfectly comfortable year-round. In the corner, a large, ultra-comfortable sofa can be converted upon request into a double bed—with a mattress comfortable enough for two adults. From the windows, you have a direct view of Zurich’s most iconic landmark, the Grossmünster. You’re not just close to the sights—you’re part of them.

From both the entryway and the dining area, you can access the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen has it all, including extra seating at the counter. From the kitchen window, you’ll once again enjoy postcard-perfect views of the Old Town square and the Grossmünster.

Back in the entryway, a separate bathroom offers convenience for guests. Walking down the hall, you’ll reach the spacious en-suite bathroom, directly connected to the master bedroom. This impressive bathroom features a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet, double sinks, and plenty of space—a true luxury spa experience.

On the other side of the hallway, a door leads to the double bedroom suite, divided into two areas. Each side has a king-size bed. Guest Access
The entire apartment is exclusively available to you, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. You’ll have full access to all rooms, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and two and a half modern bathrooms—offering ultimate comfort and elegance.

Please note that the backyard is a shared outdoor space within the building and is not reserved for private use. It features outdoor seating and BBQ amenities, and may occasionally be used by other residents as well, although it is often quiet and available for you to enjoy.

Everything in Zurich’s city centre is easily accessible on foot—the apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town, so you can reach all major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops within a few minutes’ walk.
If you’d like to explore further, Zurich’s excellent public transport network is just around the corner, with trams and buses connecting you quickly to every part of the city, including the main train station and the airport.
