Property features 9 accommodation units. Shared outdoor swimming pool with loungers and sun umbrellas is at guests disposal. Laundry and ironing services are available Please note: swimming pool is open from 10/04 - 03/11\. This lovely studio apartment is a perfect fit for up to two people. It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. Kitchenette is fully equipped and comes with dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower and a hair dryer. It will also provide you with lovely furnished balcony overlooking the sea. Baby cot is available upon request. Plat is little settlement located 14 km away from Dubrovnik. The grocery store is 3 km away, while a restaurant serving local and Mediterranean cuisine and freshly prepared seafood can be reached within 150 meters. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to enjoy Villa Samba, Ana and Nikolai, the owners, were so welcoming and helpful, The accommodation was spotless and well equipped and the views,,,,how we enjoyed sitting on our balcony each evening, pre-dinner drink to hand, looking our over the beautiful Adriatic, Just 15-20 minutes away from the noise and bustle of stunning Dubrovnik but with the regular No 10 bus available to take us to the city and the lovely town of Cavtat, Plat beach just a ten minute walk and King restaurant just round the corner (great seafood platter), And, having just a short trip (10 minutes)to and from the airport rather than a long transfer journey meant we could enjoy our holiday at Villa Samba up to just 1,5 hours before our flight home! We did not want to leave, Others before us have commented on the hosts, Their level of service, attention to detail and knowledge of the area are some of the biggest selling points for this lovely accommodation, We will be back!!
