Villa Nika-Five Bedroom Villa with Pool

Villa Nika is situated in a picturesque little place Mlini. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.

Spacious sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, outdoor seasonal swimming pool, private garden as well as BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, which makes this place perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Table tennis is at your disposal.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.

Free private parking is provided, reservation is not required.

This lovely five bedroom villa with furnished terrace, balcony and private pool is perfectly fit for up to twelve people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as a cable/SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area and it's combined with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The villa has three private bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing facilities are provided.

The nearest beach is 700 meters away, while the restaurant and cafe bar can be found within 200 m range..

Cavtat, lovely place with beautiful promenade and beaches is just 17 kilometres away and the Old City, historical and cultural center of Dubrovnik with many entertainment facilities is just 11 kilometres away.
