"Don’t go a weekend of a wedding reception with too many tee ns wandering around and going into hallways to exchange blunts, pills and such. When I called the desk someone moved them but it was unpleasant. The next morning a young man was asleep on a table in the dining room which was packed. He never moved. Guess he passed out or was dead. Maybe renting space for such should include the cost of extra security. "

"Pretty good place; not new and shows some signs of wear. But the big gripe - the only one and it is trivial - is that the handle on the entry door has to be turned UP to get entry, and nobody told us that. So after trudging and dragging suitcases all the way to the room, and making repeated tries to gain entry, I ended up leaving my Wife in the hall with all our stuff while I went back to the desk to learn to turn it UP. I've stayed in at least 100 hotels in my 76 years and never had an entry knob or lever that turned up. They really should tell one that at checkin."

"Although near Dulles airport, the sound of the jets taking off was barely noticeable. The room was quiet. The nearest restaurant is 9 minutes walking on a sidewalk alongside a highway. Someone mentioned the Expo center was within walking distance. It's 52 minutes (2.3 miles) away, so it's not someplace you want to walk to, especially with the highway traffic. The location isn't ideal, but the view of the woods around the hotel was pleasant."
