Are you looking for a quiet, cozy holiday home right on the beach? Then you are at the right address! The holiday home for 6 persons has been completely renovated in 2017\. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large - bright living room and a luxury kitchen and bathroom. The house has a private, beautiful garden with covered terrace. In the garden there is plenty of room for fun for young and old! And besides, you can enjoy cozy evenings outside on the covered terrace where you can sit completely dry and out of the wind. The holiday home is in the Kustlicht holiday park in Zoutelande. Zoutelande has with its beach on the south the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The beautiful dune landscape, the sea and the surrounding forests can be reached on foot. The village center of Zoutelande with its cozy terraces, restaurants, cafes and shops is a 5-minute walk away. During the renovation, all furniture, carpets, kitchen equipment and sanitary ware were renewed and the house thus fully meets the current requirements. The living room is spacious and light through its many windows and features a modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The modern seating area has a TV and free Wi-Fi. From the house you step out onto the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a terrace table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator. Two bedrooms are equipped with a bunk bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Right next to the front door is a shed where you can store your bikes. And the house has a private parking space for your car. Normally we rent out per week. Mit dem Fahrrad welding sich wunderschöne Touren nach Domburg, Veere or Middelburgh unternehmen. Ausstattung Das Ferienhaus wurde in 2017 renovated renoviert. Das gesamte Mobiliar, der Holzfußboden, which is Küche und Badzimmer sind neu und hochwertig. Der Wohn / Essraum ist offen und hell gestaltet und verfügt über a modern Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine. Ansonsten ist der Rest des Hauses jedoch recht lieblos eingerichtet - hier haben wir zuletzt in Holland schon wesentlich wohnlichere Häuser bewohnt. Weiße Möbel in weißen Schlafzimmern ohne Deko/Bilder oder sonstiges. Diese Räumen waren alle sehr kahl und lieblos. Keine Handtücher/Bettwäsche bedeutet auch keine Fußmatte im Badezimmer, keine Spannbettlaken usw. Weder Seife noch sonstiges sind vorhanden, man sollte also wirklich an alles denken. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich am Meer oder vor Ort im Wohnzimmer aufgehalten. Hier wurde bereits einiges erneuert. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, hier fehlte es an nichts. ##### Nina D. Die Wege zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 10-15min zu Fuß. In der Stadt sind viele Cafés und Restaurants sowie verschiedene Souvenirläden und Bekleidungsgeschäfte. Das Haus ist alles in allem sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben den Wasserkocher einmal entkalkt mit selbstgekauftem Essig, den wir in der Wohnung gelassen haben. Die normale Standard-Kaffeemaschine wird vermutlich auch mal entkalkt werden müssen, wir haben sie nicht genutzt. Die Betten sind bequem und alle Schlafräume sind mit Verdunklungsrollos ausgestattet. Es gibt eine kleine Spülmaschine und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Der Backofen ist gleichzeitig eine Mikrowelle und funktioniert hervorragend in beiden Varianten. Trockentücher, Badmatte und kleine Handtücher besser mitbringen! Nun noch ein kleiner Hinweis: Während unseres 7tägigen Aufenthalts hatten wir an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen plötzlich morgens Mitarbeiter einer Gartenfirma unangekündigt auf im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Am ersten Tag wurden morgens gegen 8.30h die gesamten Hecken geschnitten. Am darauffolgenden Tag standen plötzlich Mitarbeiter um 8.00h morgens mit Laubbläser und Rasenmäher im Garten und direkt vor den Fenstern. Wer also morgens mal nur mit Duschtuch oder im Pyjama durch die Wohnung läuft, dem empfehlen wir, sämtliche Rollos in allen Räumen und an allen Fenstern herunterzulassen um vor Blicken geschützt zu sein. Besonders den Blick in den Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus hat nur einen Parkplatz und wird für bis zu 6 Personen vermietet. Der Garten mit einer hohen Hecke geschützt, es gibt Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Ist für 6 Personen , aber zu viert eher geeignet. Das Mobiliar dürfte mal erneuert werden, auf jeden Fall die Stühle. Ein schönes Haus, leider war es nicht so sauber und etwas lieblos hergerichtet (kaputte Sitzkissen, sehr staubig, rostige Duschablage) Nichts, was man nicht mit ein paar Handgriffen und Euros erneuern könnte. Schoon en licht en fijne tuin. Kids slaapkamer met stapelbedden, master bedroom 2 persoons bed. Genoeg kastruimte en grote living met genoeg ruimte als het weer tegen valt. Goede tv met Chromecast om je eigen serie te streamen en snelle wifi. Opritje voor de auto is ook fijn. Goede compacte keuken met kleine vaatwasser. Goede warme douche. Enig nadeel is de locatie van de badkamer waarbij met meerdere personen je vaak achter de persoon in de kleine keuken langs moet. Ook dat er maar 1 wc die in de badkamer zit, is met 4 personen oncomfortabel. Zeker smorgens en net tieners die willen douchen en opmaken. Een 2e spiegel in huis zou wonderen doen. BBQ, ligstoelen en droogrek aanwezig. Loopafstand naar strand en nabij gelegen restaurant Zilt zijn top. Supermarkt Jumbo, stadje en strandpaviljoens dichtbij. Prima uitvalsbasis voor andere leuke dorpjes. Prijs in hoogseizoen best fors maar ook prima kwaliteit.. ##### Hélène S. Das Haus und der Garten sind toll. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist groß und man kann dort wunderbar faulenzen. Im Garten haben wir mit unserer Tochter Ball gespielt und am großen Gartentisch in der März-Sonne gegessen. Am Strand ist man nach wenig Schritten, ein großer Supermarkt ist 3 min. mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und in die City von Zoutelande ist man auch in 5 min. mit dem Fahrrad, oder in 15 min. zu Fuß... lediglich wenn man am Strand entlang in die City laufen möchten dauert es fast ewig, da meine Tochter an jeder Muschel anhalten muss ;-). ##### Olaf P.
