"Restaurant staff, activity organisers and the entertainers were all very friendly. Food was good and chefs were willing to cook specific items for vegetarians on request. Gym, tennis courts and pools all well maintained.
I think they need more reception staff as queues at reception were sometimes long."

"Although we had a lovely stay, it seemed like more of a hotel online than it actually was. There's nobody there not are there any amenities so the restaurant and courtyard are really not to use because there's no staff working there. The breakfast is not on-site. We needed to walk a block or so and go into a cafe where we could have coffee or juice and a pastry. I'm not much of a breakfast person so it wasn't a huge deal but it just felt misleading. All of the "services" they offer were basically just "we know someone who can do it so we will give you their number on Whatsapp and you can see if there's availability". Also, it's definitely an area where one needs a car to get around and there's no covered parking, it's all street parking. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, all the good things. All in all, it was a good stay but I did feel a bit swindled and was expecting it to be more of a hotel than a room in an apartment building which is more of what it felt like. "

"This was our first trip to Puglia and I was not familiar with the area at all. I picked the house from the VRBO listing based on its proximity to golf, beach, its central location in Puglia, and my desire to stay in a Trullo. The house exceeded our expectations! It’s a magical property with a lovely pool and amazing outdoor spaces where we spent most of our time. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed driving the narrow country roads thru the miles of olive groves (you will need a car) and exploring Fasano and its many fabulous restaurants. Jo and her staff were fantastic, and always available if we had a question. We so enjoyed our stay we are already planning to go back."
"Great sporting facilities and activities and staff are all amazing, excellent service and friendliness. Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. So unless you love buffets, I’d value an la carte with menu choices. Great beach, pool and bars. Really good value for money."
