I am a germophobic and this hotel is just perfect hight cleanliness level.
The staff was always courteous and friendly. The property is located in a spot where you can easily walk to the historic center and nice restaurants.
Here are some points to improve:
-The light of the ac control is way too bright for the ones that like to sleep in a dark space.
-the room doesnt have a fan and the guests are required to turn off the ac when leaving somewhere when you're back the room feels stuffy same thing after showers.
- I left my bathing suit hanging on the hamac to let it dry out, disappeared after we came back from a walk. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done.

I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property the fireflies, the deer, the food, the rooms, the pool, the staff everything was amazing, authentic and beautiful
