"No hot water in shower nor pressure. Barn door on bathroom didn't lock or close well so no privacy. Ac didn't work either. They brought us a fan."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kenya and Dee’s cottage! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, modern, and very well maintained. It’s located on a quiet street, which made for a relaxing stay, and I loved the charm of seeing farm animals across the street.Kenya and Dee were exceptional hosts. They were warm and welcoming from the start and stayed in great communication with me and my family throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. "We had a great stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern, there are two nice seating areas outside for chitchat, the property has plenty of space for four adults and it's located in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The management team was quick to respond to our questions and clear with instructions. While it was not the cheapest place to stay, the overall quality and comfort justified the price. We'd stay there again."

"This rental home is a scam. The host never gave me check in instructions or code to get in. When I tried to contact him the number was no longer in service. The host never responded to any of my messages. Please never book this rental!!!!! "

"The amount of room for groups is perfect. It's not far from Lafayette so we enjoyed being close to the city but able to wind down in the afternoon. The place was clean and check in process EASY!!! "

"Horrible host! Host contacted us prior to arriving that the previous party had broken the bed but it would be a box spring and mattress on the floor. He gave us an option to either get a full refund and stay somewhere else or he would give us half refund when we checked out. We choose to stay and get half refund when we checked out as we were 13 hours away from home. We arrived at the location and come to find out it was a little mattress on the floor. Board games were broken or missing pieces. Kitchen was missing a lot of dishes and all over the house was very dusty and dirty and could tell didn't get vacuumed prior to our arrival. Very disappointed in our stay!!!!!!!!"
