Spread over two floors, the villa features a beautiful, air-conditioned living/dining room with a superb modern kitchen that opens onto the terrace, all facing the sea and surrounded by magnificent landscaped green spaces. The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms feature new bedding and ample built-in storage space. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All 3 bathrooms are modern and feature walk-in showers.
