The 65 m² apartment includes:

- Living room with open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.)
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower
- Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm double bed
- Bedroom 2 with two 90 cm single beds, which can be joined together to make a double bed

The apartment also features a shaded 15 m² terrace with a plancha grill, ideal for enjoying special moments with family or friends.

The residence’s 14 x 7 m swimming pool (depth: 1.50 m) is available to guests at any time.

Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, Pinarello is the perfect destination for a successful holiday.
Supervised beach, essential shops nearby. You will find a grocery store 500 metres from the apartment and a bakery by the seaside.

There is also a diving centre as well as boat rental opportunities.
Still within a 10-minute walk, you can try water skiing, tubing and parasailing.
Several restaurants and beach bars are also located by the water.

Tourist tax:
The tourist tax will be added to the booking amount according to the current municipal rates.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent state of cleanliness, with bins emptied, refrigerator emptied and BBQ cleaned.
