We acquired this house in June 2022, we are putting it online for the 2nd season. As you can see from the reviews, our first summer 2023 vacationers all really enjoyed their stay with us! calm, serenity, beauty of a clear view of our mountains from the terrace, beach on foot for young and old alike!

The villa is located 400 meters from a quiet beach, even in summer, at the mouth of a small stream "LE CAVU" which is also used for fresh water swimming.

To complete the quality and pleasure you will have staying with us, a swimming pool and its terrace are being built and will be operational for the 2024 season.
Shops and services (doctors, pharmacy.....) 4 km away.

We can accommodate 8 people plus 1 baby (1 travel cot is at your disposal as well as a booster seat)
The house is ideal for accommodating several families with children.
In the Night section:
1 Master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom, walk-in shower
1 bedroom (160 bed), 1 bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom with a very large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet
1 master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet, independent opening directly through its bay window onto the wooded garden

The sleeping area is perfectly isolated from the day area

In the day part:
To the left of the entrance is a WC with hand basin.
The living room consists of a large living room opening onto a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen.
Two pocket windows completely open the space opening onto a large covered terrace. You will enjoy having lunch there or relaxing there, coming back from the beach or a splash in the swimming pool, with a view of our beautiful mountains.

Now let's talk equipment:
On the covered terrace, a Plancha awaits you for wonderful grills (no flame barbecue in summer for safety reasons). garden furniture sofa, table and chairs.
The kitchen is very pleasant, counter, numerous storage cupboards, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, electric kettle, blender, toaster etc...
The living room is made up of two sofas, a coffee table, a television, wifi via 4G box, and opens completely onto the terrace.

A 4 mm drive will take you to the center of SAINTE LUCIE where you will find all the shops and services.
2 supermarkets, Post office with ATM, Medical office, Pharmacy.......

Lots of beautiful things await you: the natural swimming pools of CAVU with fresh and crystal clear waters, coves and beaches with turquoise waters, sea trips from St Lucia to Bonifacio via the Lavezzi Islands reserve, diving, paddle, the emblematic needles of Bavella, mountain hikes, and the warmth and kindness of its inhabitants....
