Only stayed one night so can't say to much clean hotel nice staff and a great filling breakfast not English more fruit and bread and cereal but very tasty and filling

Spent a nice time there, was there for a convention just didn't get out because everything was conveniently available. The onlything bad was the works happening outside that went one very late in the early hours of the morning every day, so it was difficult to sleep.

Very nice stay during our transit

The man at checkin was extremely helpful. He even helped us order a pizza because we arrived so late the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very convenient for the bus station which is why we stayed there. It was basic but got the job done. The bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, there was some hair in the shower drain from a previous guest. The towels were quite worn and one had a hole in it. We arrived on a late flight and had an early bus the next morning so it worked well for that.

All was good. The hotel is very clean. Bed very comfortable. Only shame is lack of sunshine on the roof top pool

Great hotel in a central location. The pool area was fantastic. The breakfast was in the cafe next door so it’s more of a restaurant style. Overall a great place to stay in São Paulo.

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff is 10/10 - very accommodating. Food amazing would definitely stay again:)

Upon arrival, we were able to check in 7 hours early for a small fee. The staff are 24/7 which helps with any queries you might have. The security system is top notch - only opens through your face. As for the maintenance of the property it was well kept however we did have an issue with our bathroom toilet which was speedily resolved and we were moved to a different room. All in all I am quite pleased with my experience.

Lovely hotel situated close to the airport, but in a quiet location. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff and a shuttle to and from the airport.

Basic hotel, with no complaints on that account. Chosen due to walking distance to/from Allianza arena = 15/20 minutes.
