"Cheguei ao hotel 16h e me disseram que eu não havia confirmado que iria e DISPONIBILIZARAM MEU QUARTO A OUTRA PESSOA. Não é hotel, É MOTEL. Já havia pago, reservado há 1 mês e não existe nada aqui no site que oriente ligar e dizer: “oi, sou fulana e eu vou fazer o check in, não deem meu quarto a mais ninguém, apenas vou chegar após 12h30”. Depois de não aceitar ir a um outro motel há 10km de distancia (que seria custeado por mim), ameacei chamar polícia e eles me mandaram pra outro MOTEL...
