Do not stay

This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back).

Falta de limpeza, porém equipe que agiu rápido

O quarto não estava limpo. Toalhas penduradas, cabelo no chão, cotonete em cima da mesa, lixeiras cheias... foi o que encontrei. O atendimento agiu rápido e me transferiu para um quarto devidamente limpo. O único problema é que esse outro quarto não tinha cortinas com tamanho adequado para cobrir as janelas.

Precisam de treinar o pessoal e trocar o colchão

A experiência de check-in não foi boa: tive que telefonar ao pessoal do 360 Suítes duas vezes para, enfim e ao cabo de quase uma hora, consegui acessar o flat. A primeira pessoa que me atendeu era completamente despreparada e me colocou como requisito para fazer o check-in o prévio cadastro no site do 360 Suítes. No entanto, o serviço de confirmação via SMS do site do 360 Suítes não funciona e perdi mais de meia hora aguardando um SMS que nunca chegou. A segunda pessoa que me atendeu resolveu o problema em cerca de 5 minutos. Outro problema é quanto ao conforto no flat: o colchão é muito ruim, as molas são sentidas e causam uma experiência desagradável ao acordar. No mais, o flat é OK.

Elendigt på alle parametre

Ingen beskrivelse om at poolen var lukket i størstedelen af den tid vi var der, kommunikation var ikke til stede, rengøring ikke til stede på værelset, mange ting virkede ikke, døren kunne ikke lukkes - så der var konstant larm fra udenfor, vi brugte 40 minutter på at gætte os frem til hvordan vi kom ind på værelset, farlig gade.

A localização é muito perigosa. Me colocaram num apartamento que dizia ter cama queen porém era uma cama de casal normal. A cortina do quarto estava quebrada, tapando apenas metade da janela. Tivemos que colocar um lec pendurado pra conseguir dormir. Depois me realizaram em outro endereço porém o quarto estava com ar sem funcionar direito. Não gelava e ainda soltava pedras de gelo e fazia um barulho horrível. Fiz reclamação é só me ofereceram reembolso. Eu só queria que fosse um técnico avaliar. E ainda fui tratada com rispidez! Resumindo: nunca mais de hospedo com o 360. Experiência terrível! Inclusive a fama do 360 pelos funcionários do prédio é a pior possível!
