Staff set out to please , very attentive. Room was very clean. Wish had more food varieties at dinner and breakfast, lunch was very good with made to order food. People from cruise ships killed the calm vibe at the beach during the day. I would return again just know what to expect now. There is no resort that is perfect .

The staff was courteous, but they really pressure you to buy their vacation club package. The rooms were clean, but we had issues with ants every day, but they came to clean the room as soon as we notified them about it. We wish they had some sort of energy drinks. They do provide pool towels and they are large. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms is not the best quality so you might want to bring your own. I would say this is a budget, friendly all inclusive compared to other hotels or resorts we’ve stayed at. The servers at the restaurants were all top-notch and very helpful. Especially Angel and Edgar went above and beyond every day. They made our stay at the fiesta Americana much more enjoyable.

Bellboy Armando is very good at answering questions and helping you find everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The rooms were fantastic,better than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to all restaurants on both resorts. All good. Pool is freezing but the ocean is warm. Definitely better with water shoes for snorkeling. Ran out of wine one day but otherwise all good.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was good. Nice long beach, unfortunately the seaweed was bad. Staff worked very hard trying to keep it under control.Pools were very clean, but cold. Overall, this is a nice resort and we would come back.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were old and our couch had mould. It was cheap and cheerful. We talked to many who have returned multiple times. Honestly it still was a relaxing fun vibe. Just don't expect fancy 4 star. It's older but still a good time!
