Casa Decu’s location in La Condesa is perfect — walking distance to amazing restaurants and Parque México, where people run, walk, and spend time with their dogs. The neighborhood feels very family-friendly and full of life. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the double suite worked perfectly for our family since I was traveling with my two older sons. Having separate rooms made the stay much more comfortable for us. The hotel itself is stylish, hip, and beautifully designed. The rooftop area is especially relaxing, filled with plants and overlooking the beauty of La Condesa. It is also where they serve their delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so you’ll be going up and down stairs often. I personally didn’t mind because I considered it part of my daily exercise, but it may not be ideal for everyone. The rooms also do not have air conditioning, though the fans they provided kept the room comfortable. Still, if you prefer a very cold room, this may not be the best fit for you. Overall, I truly loved staying at Casa Decu and would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Excellent hotel, as soon as you walk in you could feel the good vibes and great ambiance. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with welcoming treats that made us feel special. The 24 hour coffee at the lounge was a plus we loved it, free beer, coffee and snack and a great place to unwind and relax. The staff went out of their way in always attending to our needs. The roof top restaurant had the most amazing view and the morning buffet was another great plus. Walking distance to centro historico. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, super kind, helpful and efficient staff. From cleaning staff, to lobby folks, everybody was friendly and prompt. Made us feel super welcome and appreciated at all times. Our room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking 5 de Mayo Street, with beautiful buildings and the everyday activity of a big city. Mini fridge refilled daily with a couple of curtesy drinks and snacks was a great bonus. A 7-eleven and pharmacy across the street, a 24h traditional restaurant next door, and loads of eats, museums and Alameda a short walk around was great. Def will be back. Visited town for BTS concert and staff was very welcoming and appreciating of the special ocassion, welcoming BTS Army in such a warm way. Thanks all!

Having booked on the premium level really made the stay more enjoyable and highly recommend it! The room was fantastic #1103 had a beautiful view. Though the mattresses are in need of replacement and super soft. The food that was included in the premium lounge was another great benefit and for that reason I would book again when staying in México City. The view from the terrace on the 18th floor is amazing and a must to go to. The swimming pool is very warm and unfortunately people do not rinse before entering the pool, which I find pretty gross and some kind of enforcement should be done, though the shower in the pool only had cold water. Parking is unfortunately not included and had to be paid for separately which for that price tag is rather disappointing.
