In the midlle of everything, friendly employees, minus the entrance cafeteria. A/c,bed and bed covers nice,towells not so nice (were like sandpiper). Breakfast is mexican style withaiz and beans an eggs.coffee was watery and not hot. Never saw a manager in the dinning room.In general a nice stay. Vip was a small 250ml of wine .

The staff is outstanding and the location can’t be beat for taking in all the central histórico sites. The hotel balcony restaurant has a view of the Zocolo that can’t be beat. The Jr suite we stayed in was gorgeous with a view overlooking the Zocalo as well. The historical architecture of the hotel lobby is inviting, throw in complementary coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks; and what’s not to like?!

Small windows to open and NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was VERY hot and no air flow. The night was stifling and nearly wanted to checkout on our first night and go elsewhere. Paid a 200 peso ($12) deposit to borrow a fan. It helped but don’t sleep here if air conditioning is a necessity.
