Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 24.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, rocky beach 21 km. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property.
    4-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed.
