Very nice Hosts, brought us wine and Cookies :) Everything was just perfect, no one complained about our moderate noise in the night. Region is beautiful, house and beautiful rooms too. Very cozy.

Wunderbar für unsere Großfamilie

Wir (10 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder (1-6 Jahre) haben in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft zwei entspannte Wochen verbracht. Die Kinder waren happy und die Erwachsenen ebenfalls. Der Außenbereich ist auf den Bildern passend repräsentiert, die Häuser sind allerdings noch deutlich einladender als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Es gibt zwei Küchen - die Kleinere ist dargestellt. Und natürlich die gern genutzte Außenküche… es fehlt beinahe an nichts. Große Bäcker sind die Gastgeber allerdings nicht. Von Rührgerät bis zur Backform muss alles selbst mitgebracht werden. Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln etc. gibt es reichlich. Über die Betten waren alle samt sehr bequem! Neven (Besitzer) hat sich ausreichend um uns gekümmert, regelmäßig den Pool gereinigt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Einzig für unseren jüngsten Gast (1Jahr) waren die zahlreichen Treppen im Haus und der ungesicherte Pool eine Herausforderung (ohne vielmehr für die Eltern). Vielen Dank für zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem durchdachten und liebevoll gestalteten Domizil. Wir wollen einen erneuten Besuch nicht ausschließen.

Ruhige Lage, riesige Anlage

Wir waren 4 Familien, mit 10 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern plus Hund und hatten jede Menge Platz. 5 Personen hätten noch Schlafplätze gehabt. Die Küchen sind ausreichend bestückt mit allem was man braucht. Die meiste Zeit haben wir uns draussen aufgehalten. Es gibt Billiard, Tischtennis und jede Menge Platz für Federball, oder Ballspiele. Das Wasser im Pool war uns zu kalt, aber an sich ist der Pool toll. Für uns hatte dieser Urlaub alles was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und WLAN funktioniert nicht überall. Allerdings haben die vielen kleinen Plätze einen außerordentlichen Charme und das hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. PS: Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und wurde sofort durch eine neue ersetzt. Wir haben auch noch zusätzlich Handtücher benötigt die wir sofort bekommen haben. Die Kommunikation war wirklich 1a.

Fantastiskt hus

Vi var två familjer, totalt 18 personer + 2 små. Alla är helnöjda med vistelsen i synnerhet det fantastiska huset som faktiskt är bättre i verkligheten än på bilderna. Allting kändes nytt, modernt och funktionellt. Det bästa var ändå utomhusköket med vidhängande matplats. Tack för en fantastisk vecka.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub die Kinder freuten sich über den Pool, man konnte auch wunderschöne Tage am Pool verbringen mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Wasservolleyball. Es war alles Top vor allem die Außenküche war Ideal. Einziges Minus für große Kinder ist viel da nur für kleineren Kinder ist nichts da, die große Schaukel ist zu gefährlich da können sie sich nicht festhalten. 2 kleinere Schaukeln für Kleinkindern und eine kleine Rutsche wäre für die Kleinen ein Traum gewesen. Aber es war sonst wirklich richtig schön.

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir sind insgesamt 17 Personen gewesen. Im Alter von Ü60 bis 5 Monate:-). Die beiden Häuser waren sehr schön, sauber geräumig und es war ausreichend Platz für alle. Am besten hat uns der Aussenbereich gefallen. Die Outdoorküche mit dem tollen Sitzbereich war für uns super, so konnten wir zusammen kochen, essen und super Abende verbringen. Auch der Pool war super, haben diesen viel genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Können es nur empfehlen für größere Gruppen.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe jeden Alters dort und waren alle begeistert. Angefangen von den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern bis hin zur Außenanlage. Tolle verschiedene Terrassen und viele Sitzmöglichleiten wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte. Das Highlight ist die Outdoorküche in der wir alle Gerichte zubereitet haben, und die Überdachte Terrasse am Pool. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz

Das Haus (es sind 2 zusammenhängende Häuser) ist ideal für große Gruppen. Wir waren 4 Familien mit 16 Personen und einem Hund und hatten ausreichend Platz. Viele Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Bäder, 2 Küchen. Das Highlight ist das große Poolhaus neben dem Pool mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatten, einem langen Tisch und einer Couchecke, wo wir uns tagsüber und abends viel aufgehalten haben. Zur Westseite gibt es noch einen kleineren Garten mit Grillstelle und einer schönen Terrasse, ideal für einen Sundowner. Die nähere Umgebung ist ländlich und schön aber nicht außergewöhnlich. In 3km gibt es den netten kleinen Ort Svetvincenat mit einer Festung und einigen Restaurants. Nach Rovinj (super schön) und zu den Stränden sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Wir waren mit 13 Personen und 2 Hunden für eine Woche an Pfingsten vor Ort. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und das Anwesen ein Traum. Angefangen bei den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern und Freisitzen, über die sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchen und endend mit dem überdachten Aussenbereich samt Outdoorküche, Loungeecke, Hängematten etc. am Pool. Ein absolutes Highlight.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Herz

Waren mit 4 Familien 2 Wochen in den liebvoll eingerichteten Häusern. Outdoorküche, Pool und Garten waren perfekt für uns. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen wenn man es idyllisch und rustikal mag. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in den beiden Häusern, die sehr gepflegt sind. Highlight ist die tolle Outdoorküche neben dem Pool. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und total hilfsbereit! Als Verbesserungspunkt hätten wir uns ein Babystuhl und ein Babybett gewünscht. Wir können einen Urlaub hier zu 100% empfehlen.

Grosszügiges Haus mit grossem Gartern

unsere Gruppe bestand aus 11 Personen und 3 Hunden, wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und wir den Pool nicht so nutzen konnten wie wir es gerne getan hätten. Geschirr etc ist reichlich vorhanden, der Grill ist vor dem Haus, schöner wäre er beim Grillhaus, wo sich alle aufhalten. Es ist genug Platz für alle Gäste, auch Sitzgelegenheiten, wo sich der ein oder andere zurückziehen kann. Der grosse Garten ist ideal für Hunde, unsere waren immer unterwegs. Das Haus ist nicht das neueste, aber zum Wohlfühlen, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen zum Wohlfühlen. Äußerst freundliche, jederzeit erreichbare und hilfsbereite Housekeeper. Kleine Einschränkungen: Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (z.B. Mixer, Teesieb). Die Liegen im Außenbereich und v.a. deren Polsterauflagen sind nicht mehr ansehnlich.

Fantastic family villa in beautiful Istria

The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). All the rooms were clean with a fantastic shabby chic, traditional style. The kitchens were very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen in the pool house too. The front garden area and bbq were great. The small details made the difference such as candle lanterns and herbs and fruit growing in the gardens to use. Lots of space in the garden for the kids to run around and play (but no gates so did need to make sure none escaped!). Plenty of sun beds and chairs to relax in. The pool was great for the kids with a consistent depth. Neven came to clean the pool several times which was great. All the rooms were very spacious. There was fresh, clean linen and towels provided and a washing machine to hand. We did have to do a little bit of ‘child proofing’ of the rooms and stair cases (mixed further around) to ensure the little children were safe (age 3), but this was easily done. Neven was extremely attentive to our needs and was easily contacted by text. He responded to our every need. He even came to check on us when we encountered a few scorpions (we didn’t know they were native Croatia). He recommended some lovely places to visit too. Thank you for a lovely stay. We really hope to be back one day. Your quaint farmhouse became our wonderful holiday home full of memories

Ganz tolle Unterkunft für große Gruppen!

Durch die baulichen Gegebenheiten (zwei Häuser und eine weitere überdachte Küch am Pool) hat es unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt und zum Teil übertroffen.

Wohnen wie im Puppenhaus

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in einem liebevoll und geschmackvoll restaurierten und hergerichteten Landhaus. Inmitten ursprünglicher Natur und doch nicht weit zum nächsten Geschäft blieben keine Urlaubswünsche offen. Es war eine absolut geniale Urlaubswoche.
