Every single employee is great. The food is fantastic. That sunday brunch iw a spectacle. The rooms could not be better. Without a doubt next visit we will also stay at du Palais Biarritz. Employees like Alvaro at front desk and Adrian at luggage, main door. They were very kind and helpful

"Generally this was a good stay. The neighbourhood is nice with local cafes and bars which are a bit less expensive than the ones in town. It’s not my first time in San Sebastián and for the price this is better qualify than the places in centre of town - room was spotless and products in bathroom ..."
