We have stayed in many hotels in Bogota, but have recently returned to Casa Dann Carlton Hotel and Spa because the facilities, restaurant, bar, pool, turkish bath etc are excelent, and the spa has the best massage in Bogota. Food is excellent.

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.
