Due to its central location, you can reach many restaurants, cafes and shops in a few walking steps, next to the beach and promenade. The apartment offers a wonderful starting point for all activities in Zinnowitz and the surrounding area. At the same time, the apartment also attracts peace seekers. The view from the windows and from the balcony goes into the green. The spacious south-facing balcony with a dining table, 3 adjustable aluminum chairs and a footstool invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast, a glass of wine at sunset or a pleasant sunbathing. The top floor apartment (3. Oberschloss) Dünennest offers you on 50 square meters of maritime cosiness, in which you can really relax after a day on the beach or a long walk and is perfect for 2 people and families with max. suitable for a child. The living room is bright and friendly and turns into an open modern kitchen. The newly built in 2018 high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with every comfort and Siemens brand appliances (4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, WMF kettle, WMF coffee maker, WMF toaster, juicer). Sufficient crockery, WMF pots and pans as well as extensive accessories are at your disposal. The dining table with 2 comfortable adjustable bar stools fits perfectly between living and kitchen area. If needed, a baby chair can be booked before arrival. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. A hair dryer is at your disposal. The small comfortable bedroom is equipped with a new comfortable bed and mattresses (180 x 200 cm), from which you can look through the skylight in the evening in the night sky. In the sliding wardrobe you can easily stow all your belongings. A special atmosphere is provided by the LED light with color change possibility. If you are traveling with a toddler, a cot is bookable. Larger children can stay on the pullout coach in the living room. The living room is equipped with an LCD TV with cable, a stereo, a small library, a games collection and a spacious couch. On cooler days, an electric fireplace quickly provides warmth and atmosphere. In the hall you will find generous storage space for your shoes, bags, jackets and Co. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. For their vehicle is a free fixed parking space in the hotel's underground car park reserved. There are also lockable storage facilities for your bikes.
