The "Villa Marin" in Zinnowitz is located in a central location about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Since 2011, you have the luxuriously renovated Villamarin for relaxing days. You need a few steps to the excellent shopping facilities, cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants. Only 400 meters away is the fine sandy beach, the pier and the Zinnowitz beach promenade. You will find newly built, comfortable and ambitious apartments from 44 to 73 m² for one to six persons with kitchen facilities, balcony or terrace, car parking space, bicycle storage room, satellite TV and internet. A washer and dryer is available for an additional fee in a separate room. The in-house swimming pool and sauna are available for communal use: Opening hours swimming pool and sauna: see notice. It is possible to use free internet access via Wi-Fi. - Long term vacationers are also welcome in the months of November to March! We would be happy to make you an offer with favorable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous recreational activities. It is possible to rent bicycles or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, bowl / bowl, have a massage, ride in Trassenheide or enjoy kitesurfing and surfing in ������������������ckeritz. In Zinnowitz there is a swimming pool. You can also go jet skiing in Zinnowitz or go to the solarium. If you feel like playing golf, Balm on the backwaters is in good hands. Paragliders can z.
