The modern, bright attic apartment is located about 400 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

Enjoy your vacation on a spacious plot in a quiet location with a wonderful view from the south-facing loggia.



The open-plan design, with a large living room and bedroom leading into a separate fitted kitchen with dining area, gives the apartment a special flair.



A large 1.80 x 2.00 double bed offers 2 people ideal sleeping comfort.

The swiveling Smart TV can be used from here or the new pull-out couch with spring core.

An extra bed for up to 2 small children is possible by arrangement.



The large closet offers plenty of space and is equipped with storage compartments, clothes rail and hangers. There is a large mirror on the side with a socket for a hairdryer.

From the entrance area you enter the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer on the left.



A small storage room houses a vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials and can be used for your suitcases.



Pleated blinds on all windows and fly screens on most windows round off this feel-good offer in addition to maritime items.



The fitted kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery.



A private parking space and a bicycle shed for your own use are available
