Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two nightstands, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV; the attic room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two nightstands, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV; the “children’s room” with two single beds (100 x 200 cm), a nightstand, and two dressers; and a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, towel warmer, and hair dryer.

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the house, and smoking is also prohibited indoors.
The beach is approximately 500 m away (about a 7–8-minute walk), and the town centre is about a 14-minute walk away.
Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited for insurance reasons; there is no charging station available!
