Floor, quiet location about 400m walk to the beach (7min) and 200m to the center, balcony with dining table and modern lounge furniture, direct view of the adjacent nature reserve, garden use, 2 bedrooms (4 people) sofa bed (2 people) + baby bed, 2 bathrooms with shower & toilet, towel radiator in both bathrooms, hairdryer, fireplace, open living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, 2 large flat full HD TV, SAT, DVD player, hi-fi system with CD, radio, cassette, aux connection for external devices with jack input, W-LAN, telephone free of charge into the German landline network, laundry basket and rack, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer for renting. Die Buchung, die Kommunikation und die Zusendung der Reiseunterlagen liefen reibungslos. Die Wohnung war toll, es fehlte an nichts, Toilettenpapier, Kosmetiktücher, Seife, Fön, Kinder Plastikgeschirr, Gewürze…. Selten so eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung gehabt, 3x Tv, einmal 2 Duschbäder

Bei der tollen Wohnung ist auch das Wetter egal, obwohl wir im April den typischen Mix hatten. Schnell am Strand, im Restaurant oder einfach gemütlich vor dem Kamin.

Die FeWo ist top ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Kurze Wege überall hin. Das Auto kann getrost stehen bleiben, wenn man Zingst erkunden möchte. Wir kommen sehr gerne immer wieder.

Von Sonnenschein bis Sturm war alles vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war angemessen und hatte eine gute Lage für unsere Belange. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr durchdachtes Interieur- ankommen und Urlaub. Im Falle Regenwetter kommt keine Langeweile auf: ob vorhandene Gesellschaftsspiele oder die 3 Fernsehgeräte. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist hervorragend: kleines technisches Problem organisierte er aus der Ferne mit dem Hausmeister vor Ort und innerhalb weniger Stunden war es behoben. Wir empfehlen zu 100% !

Kurze Auszeit

Kurze Auszeit in ruhiger Lage. Angenehme und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Bäcker, Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich das Meer sowie die Natur durch kurzen Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder besuchen.

Die Buchung war ziemlich spontan, die Kommunikation war sehr gut, rasch geantwortet und für alle Fragen offen. Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters super, kleines Problem bei Anreise erkannt und Vermieter hat sich sofort und unverzüglich drum gekümmert. Rund um zufrieden.

Komfortable Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ca. einem halben Kilometer Entfernung vom Strand entfernt. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und eine große Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer- zwei gibt es - befinden sich eine Etage höher, wo auch eines von zwei Bädern mit Duschkabine gelegen ist. Wir waren mit der Ausstattung zufrieden, manche hätten vielleicht mangelnden Platz im Bad bemängelt. Abgesehen von solchen Details, kann man die Wohnung aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 😁

Es war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war toll und Zingst immer eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Einziges Manko -> ein abgeschlossener Abstellraum/Schuppen für Bollerwagen/Fahrräder fehlt Das hochtragen des Bollerwagen in die Wohnung ist auf Dauer nicht schön.
