Just imagine how it feels like to do it with luggages . I actually came back home sick and tiered having to spend so much energy in a “vacation” there is no one to help you when you arrive !! . Also, at the check-in they ask for breakfest fee and when we got up late and I asked to cancel the breakfast, the front desk refused to do that. It just hard to believe they can treat guests like that. It’s numerous stairs and lack of comfort is a drawback. The room was spacious but outdated. Specially bathroom! Didn’t use swimming pool because of the strong cleaning products smell. No hairdryer in the room. The sink did not drain from the minute we checked in. Towels paper thin. Ehenyou flushed toilet the seat got wet. Old pillows that should have been thrown out because they were lumpy. Just not an appealing place to stay. There are many stone steps to reach the hotel and no elevator in the hotel itself. People with heavy luggage or physical problems would find it difficult. It is an easy walk to the shopping and eating area or town. We highly recommend the Tishbi restaurant in town as well as a visit to the winery. The breakfast buffet is lovely and delicious. The staff is very helpful and gracious.
