Next time I would like a unit that was a little lower. Number 8 had quite a few steps. Loved the view, the towels, and the bed, the shower! Lighting could have been a little better. Kitchen was great. People were so kind. Location good.

Views for days
We really liked our room, it had a beautiful view of Zihua bay. Everything was very clean, it was nice to have our own small kitchen. The only thing that was a little tough were the three flights of stairs up to our room.

This is a small set of villas, with a nice pool area, very friendly, clean, with open area living areas, good bed, linens and towels, lovely greenery, close to anything and everything on La Ropa.

A real gem
Absolutely lovely, private property in great location. The views from our room were incredible. A very personal experience in a small, locally owned and operated business. The layout of the villas provides for privacy, and the public space is very comfortable.

Our first time to this villa and we loved it. I hate to say to many positive things as the good word will make it more popular and harder for me to book there again. The property is on the hillside, so stair are a part of the of the package. Luis is a wonderful host and a super nice man. They were helpful with arranging a doctor for our Covid tests which was a great relief. Room was nice and clean. One request for my wife - hair dryer please. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

The location is decent and pretty close to La Ropa. Lots of steps. Pool is only okay and the road is kinda noisy.

Great location, close to the beach, very clean, nice pool and reasonably priced. Able to cook in or eat out. Kitchen has everything you need. There are lots of steps to our unit at the top but they are wide and long so not bad at all. Security is good, rooms have locks and safes and the premises are gated and locked. View was fantastic.

Villas San Sebastián - awesome stay
We had a great stay over New Years! The staff was very accommodating with helpful info and able to arrange tours right there. 5 minute walk to the beautiful La Ropa beach for swimming, souvenirs and restaurants and 30-40 min walk to Zihuatanejo. Easy access to taxis. After a long day, relax in their pool to cool down. Awesome place!

Wish we could stay longer
Villas San Sebastian is a beautiful place to stay. The view of La Ropa Beach from our balcony was breathtaking. Just short walk to the beach. Unfortunately our stay was cut short. There was just too many steps for my wife recovering from knee surgery.

Room with a view.
Enjoyed our stay, what can we say the view from our room was amazing. This place is a four minute walk to the beach and easy area to take a taxis or Collectivo into town. Towels were changed every day, and all common areas were kept very clean. If you have a hard time with steps you may want to stay away from rooms 8&9, but if you can manage them, the views are the best of the hotel. We are planning to go back next year.

Great place to stay in Zihua
Great accommodations in a convenient location. The property is beautiful and the villas are spacious and comfortable. The only to mention is that there are only stairs and many of them to get to your room. Plus there is a small hill to climb when you come back from La Ropa Beach which is a short 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful place to stay in Zihuatanejo! Great views, amenities, short walk to La Ropa beach. Luis and his staff were very welcoming. You could tell that they're attentive to details, making the stay very comfortable. Luis was very personable and offered various tips to make it easier to get around. It didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it seemed better. We really liked the open kitchen outside the bedroom. The Villa appears better than it does in pictures. Stayed in the Superior suite, would highly recommend it (although I'm sure the other suites are nice too).

Location was great...across the street from la Ropa. Western view was impossibly hot in the afternoon. The pool area could not accommodate guests with enough lounge chairs with shade and it faced the western heat in the afternoon, so it was unusable except for a few. Construction noise all day...no possible peace and quiet to read or nap..or enjoy the pool even if you got a shady spot.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I had a great view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. It was great to relax poolside in the afternoons. I loved my outdoor kitchen which was cleaned daily. I will certainly return.

Jose was extremely helpful and we thank him. We enjoyed the pool and all the space we had at the Villas. If we had stayed longer we would use the full kitchen in the room. Great location for Playa Ropa, but keep in mind you are a good 20 minute walk from more dense areas and 25+ minutes from bank machines. The beach establishments mostly don't take credit.

Great views room #8 nice staff too!
This is really a great place to stay whether it’s by yourself to get away for peace and quiet or with groups of friends or family or a loved one. Just remember to stop at the store and get some supplies for your room to munch on if you need late night snacks .

Nice and Friendly.
Great experience we loved the views and walking distance ( I block away) to the beach and the restaurants . The hotel customer service is excellent and employees go above and beyond to make the guests welcome as a example I made the comment to one of the employees about feeling tired from not being able to rest well the night before because the mattress was to firm for me, and later they brought me a nice new mattress !

Lovely Villa.
Close to beach. Only a 5-minute walk. Close to a variety of restaurants. We stayed in Villa #5. It had a well-equipped kitchen.This included a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. Two ceiling fans kept the room cool and there was air conditioning for sleeping. Very clean! We declined room service in order to prevent the removal of our towels daily. They also provide beach towels and these can be washed every three days. The pool is small but adequate for a cooling dip. This property is on the main road going to Playa la Ropa and beyond and can be very busy with cars trucks and busses. No issues with sleeping however due to the white noise of the air conditioner. If you have problems with multiple stairs you should request villas 1-5. The higher the number the more stairs to climb!

A Gem!
Villa San Sabastin was a wonderful place to stay. Owner Luis was excellent and did all he could to ensure our villa was just perfect. His employee,Juan was a delight and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in Villa #7, with a fabulous view of the Bay. Great location, 5 min walk to beach. Abundant cabs and bus just outside the front door to head downtown. King size bed was a little on the hard side but fine. Villa was well equipped and we enjoyed several meals on our balcony, which was huge. We will return! Thank you Luis and Juan, you made our vacation so enjoyable.

Near of the beach "La Ropa", it takes 5 minutes walking there, no need of communication with staff, they give you the keys for locked doors and open anytime. Very safe place, the best for relaxing. I did not hear any noise after 10pm.

La position géographique est excellente. L’accueil des gens est superbe, la propreté de l’endroit est sans problème. Nous pensons bien y retourner. Mais, que dire de la température, beau et chaud, tout le temps. Vraiment un endroit à recommander.

un hogar en las cuestas de Zihuatanejo
La villa tiene una excelente vista, además de contar con áreas comunes como la alberca y un área de asador que solo son para los huéspedes de las 8 villas, muy intimo y relajante, además de estar a unos pasos de una playa publica pero excelente, La Ropa, y de restaurants y bares con vistas únicas de la zona, definitivamente esto ayuda a enamorarte de este destino
