"Lobby smells really nice, which made feel immediately at home upon check in. Booked a double room and the room was massive. Toilet was spacious with a bathtub, and there was also a lounging space within the room. Directly connected to XPark and Gloria Outlets and there were also many dining options in the mall. The business lounge at Level 5 provides coffee, tea, coke, cold red tea and small bags of chips 24/7. Enjoyed my stay a lot, and will definitely be back!"

"We had a brief stay whilst in transit, booked through Expedia. Hotel was easy to reach using the MRT from the airport. Check-in was efficient with friendly & helpful staff. The room was huge & comfortably fitted a family of 4. We used the pool briefly - the facilities were excellent. Convenience stores & the night market are close by. We had to leave before the MRT service began but the staff at the front desk were very helpful when arranging a taxi for us. All contact with staff during our stay was positive. (We only spoke English but this was not a problem.) Would definitely stay here again. Recommended for airport layovers if you don't want to have to travel into Taipei & want an area more interesting than just an airport hotel."

"I had a good stay. The staff were friendly although they could improvd on their English. The room was big compare to taiwan standard. And they have free breakfast in the morning and snack in the evening so you dont have to spend money on food if you dont want to. My stay was one week."
