The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. "

"Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. "
