Do not put your Langham standard into this one, it’ll disappoint you. The original room booked was told not available during check in and asked if we are ok to downgrade. Of course said no, they said they’d figure out and give us a call once sorted. Ended up no one called after spending full day outside. There was a wedding happened during our stay and the wedding guests were hanging on the hallway and were SMOKING INDOORS. Of course the smell went into our room. Told the reception and they said the wedding guests are leaving soon and they can try to tell them to stop smoking. Also told they cannot accommodate a new room but can give us a free afternoon tea. Went to have our afternoon and they said it wasn’t free and spent a long time to verify.
