The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, modern, centrally-located, in a gorgeous old neighborhood. Amenities within the apartment included everything you could need. The elevator was a plus to avoid having to carry luggage up the stairs. It definitely looks better than in the pictures. We were greeted at the train station with free pick up services to the apartment. The staff was awesome and friendly. Taxi voucher for the return trip was also given to us. On the table was free Lindt chocolates. They also accommodate our request for extra rollaway bed with reasonable additional charges. The range of cooking condiments is really wide and my mum was happy to cook. Super market was nearby. U can buy wine, nuts and fruits to chat the night away. Easy walk to the cable car or train station to view Matterhorn.
