Note there is no lift in the building complex otherwise excellent property and location. Will book same property again.

We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street. Walked back again, about 10 min walk. That worked out but after wasting over 1.5 hours figuring out what to do! Cyeck in wasn’t smooth at all. A little frustrating! The accomdation itself is nice and clean and close to village center and train station. About 10 min walk pulling your luggage’s.

Few important things to know, the property is part of the hotel that is right in front of the apartment building. The employees are very nice you need to check in at the hotel and they will give you your key. We got early and they hold our luggage. Also in Zurich not all hotels have air conditioning but I think this is normal, know that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. After this important advises that we didn’t know location is great, 5 to 7 minutes walking distance from train, not high hills easy access, walking distance to the most important street with all shops! We had the best time at Zermatt

Our Chalet Antoine apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a great location only a short walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shop’s & restaurants! Zermatt is a truly magical place too.

Convenient location with full kitchen and laundry (coin operated). Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and a few more minutes from high street. Check-in at the hotel on the opposite side.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab eine große Frühstücksauswahl und der outdoor Pool ist der Hammer. Man läuft um die 5 min zur Gornergratbahn, was mit Skiern in der Hand echt voll in Ordnung ist. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, war der Eingang zum Zimmer da man erst in den „Keller“ musste. Ansonsten würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen
