La posizione é ottima: a 5min a piedi dagli impianti di risalita di Sunnega, a 5min a piedi dalla fermata del bus gratuito per gli impianti di risalita Matternhorn Express e a 10min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria per Gronnegrat e Tasch e dal supermercato Coop. Dal balcone si riesce a vedere il Monte Cervino! Il gestore Oliver é molto premuroso ed é stato super efficiente nel risolvere qualche piccolo intoppo.
