Ski trip
Overall, the place fit our needs. Communication leading up to our stay wasn’t the best. I imagine this is because I tried to communicate through the VRBO app and using WhatsApp would have worked better. The worst part about this home was the 75 stairs leading up to the door. This was mentioned on the listing so it didn’t come as a surprise but it did get old quickly. It was a little difficult to find the door number since it was faded but we eventually called and found it.

Gorgeous apartment, centrally located in Zermatt
We spent a week here with our family, (all adults, 25 and older). The apartment is new and attractively furnished, the kitchen was outfitted with plenty of dishes, glassware, baking dishes, and pots and pans. It does offer lovely views from most of the windows and during the day the apartment is sunny. The apartment is up a flight of steep stairs and does require good physical fitness to get up to. We found it more practical to store our skis at the ski lift, rather than haul them up and down the stairs. All in all, very comfortable for our family of 5 adults, and we would definitely recommend this apartment.
