Las instalaciones (cama, baño, cocina) son satisfactorias para una estancia corta. Para llegar a los remontes tiene una fuerte pendiente si se va caminando, aunque está conectado con un autobús gratuito de Zermatt, es rápido ir desde el apartamento a la base del Teleférico, pero el retorno es más compicado debido a la ruta del autobús. Ruhige Lage konnte ich deshalb vergessen.
