Nur leider fehlen in der Küche die Deckel zu den Pfannen sowie die Sauna / Dampfbad ist am Samstag nicht geöffnet. Auch ging die Sauna am Sonntag nicht, somit war das Wellnesserlebniss = 0\. Netflix oder das Verbinden mit Airplay funktioniert auf dem TV leider auch nicht, war deaktiviert. Holz fürs Feuer praktisch nichts. Wir kennen die Wohnung seit sie neu war und müssen leider feststellen, dass dieses wunderbare Kleinod durch Vernachlässigung in der Betreuung immer unattraktiver wird. Das tut weh, da ohne Not. Fehlende Küchenutensilien, nachlassender Service (Kaminholz war früher immer unbegrenzt da, später nur noch zum Start, heute gar nicht mehr) und nachlässige Pflege sind schade und angesichts des Preises nicht hinnehmbar. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms really nice with spa tubs. Beds comfy and cosy after a day of skiing. We really liked the sauna & steam. We would have liked them to be open a little longer in the evening. It was a perfect location, close to Zermatt & the slopes. Everyone had a great time!! Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2016 ---
