We had my ten year old sleep on a pull away cot in the family room which was comfortable. The kitchen though small is well stocked with cooking supplies and we cooked in three nights and made breakfast every morning. The views are spectacular and it’s a very short walk to the lift and not too long into town. Really great restaurants and groceries within minutes. The place was nicely decorated and felt like home. We made awesome memories there toasting the new year from the balcony as fireworks exploded over the town and lit up the mountains. Would highly recommend! It has 2 bed rooms and served our family of 5 (2adults and 3 kids) well. The living room is spacious with a large TV. Kitchen and a washing machine are a plus. Condo is very clean and is actually nicer than the pictures on VRBO. It is a couple minutes walk to the Zermatt glacier gondola station and a rental ski shop. A storage for your skis is available on the first floor of the condo. A 5 minute taxi or 15 minute walk from the Zermatt station, where you can enjoy shopping and eating out. Her recommendations were excellent and she made herself more than available during our stay. The apartment is in the most ideal location. It’s is a 5 minute walk to the lift and 10-15 min walk to restaurants, shops, après-ski and the rest of the village. The views are spectacular, we enjoyed a few evenings cooking in the well equipped kitchen and just relaxing with games and movies in the large living room. The apartment is not the closest to the railway station (but there are frequent taxis that can take you anywhere), but on the other side, it’s perfectly located to go on the mountain, skiing on Matterhorn paradise. Since it can be either one or the other, we were happy to enjoy the closeness every day in and out of the slopes, while we managed coming in from the Zermatt train shuttle. Just a very short walk to the Matterhorn express ski lifts, ski school meeting point (Stoked ski school) and also the ski rentals with Dorsaz shop. Everything was very close and in only one place. The appartement was extremely clean and tidy, with everything one would need for one week stay. With sun and snow at rdv, it was a truly the perfect stay. And ... a gorgeous view of the mountains all day around. ##### Valentin C. The apartment is spacious, and we appreciated having two bathrooms for the family. It is only a 10-15 minute walk into town, which was very practical for groceries, coffee from one of the local cafes or take out. It should be noted that there are about 20-30 steps to get up to the apartment from the street, which may be relevant for older guests or families with young children.
