"This house was perfect for our group trip to the Hunter Mountain area. During our three-night stay, we had as many as 11 people staying the night and the house accommodated everyone without needing to share a bed! The rooms were comfortable for sleep, with min splits keeping each room at the right temp. Five full bathrooms meant showers (great water pressure and temp) were easily managed. The large sectional and dining table in the main living area made for a wonderful gatherin space indoors. We didn't expect the lake to offer much more than a beautiful view, but we ended up swimming, paddling, and would've gone fishing if we had thought to bring a rod. The outdoor space was perfect with a beautiful fire pit and a hot tub overlooking the water and mountains. Inside, the pool table, table tennis, and foosball tables were perfect if the weather had chased us indoors.... but we enjoyed perfect weather our whole stay!Communication with the host was perfect. We were given the door code early in the morning on the day of check-in and offered early access. Over the course of the stay, he checked in to make sure everything was going well, and again on the last day to let us know we could take our time checking out. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances like coffee makers (regular and Keurig), a tea kettle, and an air fryer."

"This home was perfectly equipt for all of us. The home smelled good and was clean. The linens were also clean and comfortable. There was enough towels for everyone. The kitchen was amazing- it has everything you may need. We found no issues with the property or the surrounding area. The lake was beautiful and our dogs enjoyed it. There was soap shampoo conditioner even though we brought our own. Enough bags for trash, and cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The hot tub was incredible super warm and easy to work with. Becareful stepping in it’s deep. The host was available for any text or call needed. Our car broke down and we needed a tow and she worked with me during check out to ensure I was safe and able to leave. That was the cherry on top. Everyone is in my family had a wonderful time and we would love to come back. There were some small things that didn’t work - The karaoke machine microphone needed batteries. the outside living room lights were broken or maybe the lightbulbs were dead. And there was no more shock for the hot tub. Other than that everything else was good."

"Our log cabin stay was a memory-making success! Great location with mountain views, a large yard for playing, tree hammock, nearby stream, and plentiful outdoor seating for meals and also for firepit s'mores time.The cabin is immaculately clean and boasts more than enough pillows and blankets to cater for many types of guests (I appreciated that so much!). Using the full kitchen was so fun after living with a tiny apartment kitchen at home. We watched wildlife in the yard (but forgot to use the binoculars provided - oops) and saw groundhogs, rabbits, and many deer meandering across the property. We found a swimming area in the burbling stream very close to the property, had a couple of meals out, explored the stream ON the property, and spent a golden afternoon at the local school playground (huge and well-maintained). There was privacy aplenty at the cabin. We particularly enjoyed the FULL retractable awning over the back porch/patio for several meals.Our host was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their laminated brief guide to the property and the local area was awesome and we used recommendations a lot. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. This cabin is an absolute gem, and we look forward to visiting again."
