In the hamlet Orzola 1 km from the centre of Zenevredo, 24 km from the centre of Pavia, 70 km from the centre of Milano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 120 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (11 x 5 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 16.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.2 km, railway station "Stradella" 3 km, thermal baths "Salice Terme" 42 km. Golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: suitable for families. Bath/bidet/WC. 3nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 large double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Gas heating (extra). Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Small terrace, large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (10), covered balcony, sitting area.
