The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom’s narrowest point, in the centre of the island. This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bike or train. The former fishing village has a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new seafront promenade, with its large open-air stage, lies amid coastal woodland near the Baltic Sea. Concerts take place here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of Usedom’s smallest seaside resorts, so visitor numbers remain modest. Throughout the year, the village exudes peace and relaxation, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



The accommodation has 2 rooms for up to 4 guests: a large living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a separate kitchen with fitted units, a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. All living areas face the main road. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and the car park. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a freezer compartment. An initial supply of soap and toilet paper is provided.
