The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom’s narrowest point, in the centre of the island. This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village offers a gently shelving, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new beach promenade, with its large open-air stage, lies in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts take place here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of Usedom’s smallest seaside resorts, so visitor numbers remain modest. The village exudes peace and relaxation all year round, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



The accommodation offers 2 rooms for up to 4 guests: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, plus a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. There are 2 TVs. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and the car park. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
