Apartment 1. 6:
You live in a 45 square meter 3-room comfort-attic apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (double bed) in the attic. This is accessible via a room-saving stairs. The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bath / WC, as well as direct dial telephone, WLAN and LED TV. On the property guests have access to a terrace. Towels can be rented for a fee of 10 euros per person. (Please order from the key manager). Bed linen is included.

Enjoy the spacious atmosphere in one of the six apartments and feel at home. For general use, a washing machine and a dryer (both for a fee) are available, as well as ISDN direct dial telephone and Wi-Fi. Even on cold winter days is provided for your comfort. In our sauna (fee) you can enjoy peace and relaxation. Thanks to the private driveway and enjoy a peaceful yet centrally. You have short distances for shopping, sustenance and also for sporting activities. Each apartment has its own parking on the property. Bicycles can be rented and parked in a lockable carport. Optionally, you have access to the paved patio area from the living and kitchen areas. The south-facing terraces and balconies are equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. there are about 600 meters from the beach. Pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Tolle kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung war top gelegen, schön ruhig und in ca 10-15min zu Fuß am Meer. Die Wohnung ist klein aber absolut zweckmäßig. Modern eingerichtet . Die Schlafräume sind über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen die für Ältere Leite oder kleinere Kinder eher ungeeignet ist. Für uns als Familie mit Kids ab 8Jahren aber kein Problem. Man muss sich etwas arrangieren damit man sich nicht gegenseitig auf die Füße tritt, aber das wahr für uns auch nebensächlich. Für uns war die Wohnung genau richtig, wir hatten 5 schöne Tage auf Usedom.

Schräge Wände und wirklich steile Treppe

Die Dachgeschosswohnung erfüllt leider nur die Mindestanforderungen. Alle Zimmer sind eng, durch die schrägen Wände muss man sich ständig bücken. Die Raumspartreppe führt direkt über die Küchenzeile. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Die online-Anzeige ist sehr beschönigend. Aber der Ort und der Strand sind wunderbar für einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub, dicht an der Natur. Besonders der Frische-Markt Thurow ist eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Sortiment ist optimal auf den Bedarf der Touristen abgestimmt und das Personal sehr freundlich und gut organisiert.
