All restaurants in Zeltingen-Rachtig and also those local winegrowers are within walking distance. In her apartment we have put together an information folder for you, in which you will find all the leisure activities in our area. You can hike through the vineyards with us on the Moselle or you can also cycle or Take inline skate tours along the Moselle. We recommend that you bring your bikes / skates and trekking gear with you. You can swim in the leisure pools in Kröv, Bernkastel-Kues and Wittlich. But also the Maare (volcanic lakes) in the Eifel are not far away (approx. 30 minutes by car) and invite you to swim. Hiking maps, timetables of buses and ships are also included in the folder. A visit to the city of Trier is also recommended. It is the oldest German city and women / men can combine culture, history and shopping (also in Luxembourg). 1\. Please store yellow sacks behind the red house in the shelter. Please throw bottles, etc. into the container at the end of the town. 6th Outdoor facilities: Your apartment has a patio right at the entrance to the bedroom. In the back yard of the main house you will find other seating options, which you are also welcome to use. You can grill on the lawn with the swivel grill. 7th Arrival and departure: We kindly ask you to arrive between 3pm and 6pm. On the day of departure you should vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. so that we have the opportunity to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Beim Schlafzimmer-Spiegel-Schrank: - konnten die drei Türen nicht abgeschlossen werden, da die Schlüssel dies nicht zuließen, -die rechte Spiegeltür hatte einen Riß über die ganze Türbreite. 2\. Die Tür der Geschirrspülmaschine konnte nur zu 60-70° geöffnet werden. Dann stieß diese an die angrenzende Tür-Zarge, was bei der Be- und Entladung doch Schwierigkeiten machte.. Um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden waren wir hier sehr vorsichtig (im nachhinein war dies sogar richtig) 3\. Das Geschirr im oberen Ablagefach der Geschirrspülmasche war nicht immer sauber. Eventuell ein mechanischer Defekt am oberen Dreh-Arm? Die obigen Angaben machen wir deswegen, weil es bei der Abreise eine weniger schöne Vermieterantwort wegen einem kleinen zerbrochenen einfachen Wasserglas (Zahnbürste) gab. Ich kann mich da den anderen Nutzern mit deren Bewertungen anschließen. Die Wohnung war pünktlich fertig und wurde durch Frau Sauter sehr nett übergeben. Ein kleines Fernseher Problem löste Herr Sauter unproblematisch am selben Abend. Ein kleines Manko ist die Internetverfügbarkeit. Das WLan ist zwar wie beschrieben vorhanden, leider aber häufig kein Internet Zugang. Etwas nervig zum Abrufen geschäftlicher Mails, etc. Das einzige was wir als Vorschlag machen möchten wäre die Küche sowohl mit Spühlschwämmen als auch Spülmittel auszustatten. Man möchte ja nicht wegen jeder Kleinigkeit die Maschine laufen lassen und das Reinigen ginge mit Schwämmchen deutlich besser als mit den vorhandenen Tüchern. Frau Sauter hat uns bezüglich der Gastronomie auch gute Tipps gegeben. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft ##### Michael S. Die geräumige Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Brötchen und weitere wichtige Lebensmittel gibt es gleich nebenan in einem kleinen Laden. Mehrere Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Rolf D. Ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden, der leckere Brötchen bereit hält. Kurz hinter der Fewo beginnen die Weinberge , in ein paar Minuten ist man an der Mosel, was nicht nur für unseren „Stadthund“ ein kleines Paradies war. Auch als Hundebesitzer wurde man von Familie Sauter wie auch im Ort selbst sehr herzlich empfangen. Die herrliche Umgebung entlang den Weinbergen, die Nachbarorte Wehlen, Bernkastel-Kues oder der Moselweinbahn-Wanderweg entlang der Zugstrecke von Traben-Trarbach nach Bullay oder eine Schifffahrt sind sehr zu empfehlen und eine Weinverkostung sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.Kurzum … wir haben uns in diesem kleinem Moselparadies rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Besser hätten wir es nicht antreffen können! Die Lage ist perfekt, um das malerische Umfeld zu entdecken, und die Vermieterin ist überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor der Wohnung konnten wir draußen sitzen, ebenso im Innenhof, der durch viele Pflanzen, u.a. Palmen, einen besonderen Charme hat. Der Kontakt zum Ehepaar Sauter war sehr positiv, hat uns bestens gut gefallen und wir haben dort gesellige Abende verbracht. The garden areas as shown on the website turned out to be 'shared' with other guests and were not directly connected to our apartment.
