Newly renovated comfortable apartment with a view of the Moselle
The holiday home "Am Markt" is located in the heart of the old town of Zell at the famous "Zeller Schwarze Katz Brunnen", opposite the town hall and has three holiday apartments. All apartments are newly renovated and newly furnished and will be able to welcome holiday guests for the first time this year.
Apartment No. 1 is approx. 90 m² and is located on the 1st OG. The light-flooded living-dining area is equipped with a high quality fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows, which are also French balconies, ensure that you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Moselle from the entire living-dining area. On the middle balcony there is enough space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or to have breakfast in the morning. First bedrooms are to the rear of the house, towards the pedestrian zone. One bedroom has a queen size bed. In the second bedroom there is the possibility to put the two single beds together if required. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the offer. Bicycles can be parked in the basement. There are free parking spaces approx. 250 m away

It is a very nice and clean appartement everything is there for a good holiday.
The only thing what is missing is sunprotection on balcony....so you always have to close the curtains by warm weather.and we missed information about where to pick up the key. The owner wasn't there when we checked in to give some information .
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne nochmal hinfahren.
Das Objekt liegt zentral in Zell (Mosel). Man kann sehr gut zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Die Startpunkte diverser Wanderwege und für Schifffahrten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ausblick auf die Mosel und die Stadt sind toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Check-in und Check-out sind problemlos möglich.
Sehr großzügige, schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, absolut sauber. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Absolut zentral in Zell, damit aber auch nicht ganz ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit einem großzügigen Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche und einem tollen unmittelbaren Blick auf die Mosel. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Fussgängerzone, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Weingeschäften, auch eine Bäckerei ist fussläufig erreichbar. Obwohl im ersten Stock gelegen, und man daher mit Geräuschen von Strasse oder Fussgängerzone rechnen könnte, haben uns Geräusche nicht gestört, auch des Abends nicht, denn Zell ist eher eine ruhige Stadt. Die Fahrräder konnten wir im Keller unterstellen, das Auto in kurzer Entfernung kostenfrei parken. Einzig der Lichtschalter mit Bewegungsmelder im Wohnungsflur hat uns etwas gestört, aber damit haben wir uns arrangiert. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und den Urlaub an der Mosel sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!
Die Wohnung ist klasse und hat eine hervorragende Lage.
Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war die Mikrowelle, welche in der Beschreibung angegeben ist, jedoch fehlt. Aber darauf kann man auch verzichten, denn man hat ja einen Herd, Backofen und Wasserkocher.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

u. verfügt über sehr schöne große und helle Zimmer mit einer modernen Einrichtung ; Küche ist top eingerichtet; Jederzeit gerne wieder ; wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt;
